THERAPY FOR ADULTS

Adult therapy services are offered as 50-minute therapy sessions. As your therapist, I will be an ally in your journey, someone who provides a safe space that is solely for you and your healing. I will ask you questions, share insights, identify patterns, and provide education to increase your understanding of yourself and the world around you. I trust that you have the inner wisdom to make decisions that are right for you.

THERAPY FOR COUPLES

Couples therapy services are offered as 50-minute therapy sessions with an option for 75-minute therapy sessions. In couples therapy, I honor each individual in the relationship while also honoring the relationship itself. In a relationship, neither partner’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors exist in a vacuum--each person has a part in the larger system at play. We have much more control to change ourselves than to change our partner, and a change in one part of the system can create change in the system as a whole. In therapy, I invite each person to examine their own role in the patterns they are experiencing to better understand their relationship dynamics and move towards more effective communication and connection.

THERAPY FOR TEENS

Teen therapy services are offered as 50-minute therapy sessions. I have seven years of experience working with adolescents in agency and high school settings and have come to appreciate the nuances of this phase of life. I work to establish a warm, mutually respectful therapeutic relationship in order to provide a safe environment for exploration and growth.
