MY STORY
My philosophy and connection to counseling are rooted in my own personal experience of therapy. There was a time in my life where my relationships were suffering, and I was suffering deeply too. I had had a few brief therapy experiences before then, but it wasn’t until I found the right therapist that I could fully understand how helpful therapy could be. The more I healed, the more my relationships healed, and the more my relationships healed, the more I healed. It was a positive feedback loop, really. The safety I felt with my therapist gave me strength to get through some of most difficult times. In my own practice, I strive to provide the experience I was fortunate to have in my own healing.
